Conferenza sulla Rinuncia di Papa Benedetto: 21 Ottobre, Roma!

Carta abierta a los príncipes, jefes de estado y gobiernos del mundo

(Éste es el texto de un borrador de la carta que quien apoye al Papa Benedicto XVI puede firmar y enviar para que pueda obtener su restitución al poder o el reconocimiento de un gobierno civil.  En épocas pasadas, el Laicado Católico fue instrumental en el cambio de lealtades de naciones y reinos enteros a un verdadero Papa. Éste es nuestro deber solemne para con Jesucristo en la hora presente. ¡La salvación misma y la existencia continuada de la Iglesia Católica depende de nosotros!)

Utilice un saludo apropiado a la dignidad de la persona a la que escribe:

Le escribo para rogarle, por su amor a Jesucristo, que actúe para poner fin a la confusión actual en Roma, en la que tenemos dos hombres que se identifican como “Papa”, una situación que surgió por la violación del derecho canónico en los términos del canon 332.2. Específicamente, la renuncia del Santo Padre fue inválida de acuerdo con el derecho canónico, en el sentido de que no renunció al oficio de papa, sino sólo al ministerio petrino, como escribió en el acto de renuncia.

En vista de este error, debemos recordar que la adhesión a la voluntad de Jesucristo en su promesa a Pedro nos obliga inmediata y directamente, ante todo, respeto humano por los superiores, y que nadie, ni siquiera un papa que renuncie, puede violar la ley papal sobre renuncias.

Como lo declara el canon 212, nosotros los laicos tenemos el derecho de informar a nuestros superiores de los problemas, especialmente cuando son graves y públicos.  Y no hay nada tan grave y público como esto.

Por vuestro amor y respeto a Benedicto, os exhorto a que habléis a Obispos, Cardenales y otros sobre este grave asunto, porque el mayor amor no se encuentra en respetar a alguien en su error, sino en corregirlo en él.

Lettera aperta ai Principi, ai Capi di Stato e ai Governi in tutto il mondo

(Ecco il testo di una bozza di lettera che ognuno di noi, sostenendo Papa Benedetto XVI, può firmare e inviare a chiunque ritenga di poter ottenere il suo ritorno al potere, o il riconoscimento da parte di un governo civile. In epoche passate, i Laici cattolici sono stati fondamentali per spostare le alleanze con gli Antipapi da parte di intere nazioni e regni per tornare ad abbracciare il vero Papa. Questo è il nostro solenne dovere verso Gesù Cristo nell’ora presente. La salvezza stessa e l’esistenza stessa della Chiesa Cattolica dipende da tutti noi!)

Usando un saluto adeguato alla dignità della persona a cui scrivete:

Vi scrivo per supplicarvi, per amore di Gesù Cristo, di agire per porre fine all’attuale confusione presente a Roma, dove attualmente ci sono due uomini chiamati “Papa”; una situazione che è sorta per la violazione del diritto canonico ai sensi del canone 332.2. In particolare le dimissioni del Santo Padre Benedetto XVI non sono valide secondo il diritto canonico, in quanto egli non ha rinunciato alla carica di Papa, ma solo al ministero petrino, come scritto nell’atto di rinuncia.

Alla luce di questo errore, dobbiamo ricordare che l’adesione alla volontà di Gesù Cristo nella sua promessa a Pietro, ci lega senza indugio e direttamente ad ogni rispetto umano per i superiori e che nessuno, nemmeno un papa che rinuncia, può violare la legge papale che le riguarda. Ein offener Brief an Fürsten, Staatsoberhäupter und Regierungen der Welt.

(Anbei der Text eines Briefentwurfs, den jeder, der Papst Benedikt XVI. unterstützt, unterschreiben und an jeden schicken kann, von dem er glaubt, dass er seine Wiederherstellung der Macht, oder dessen Anerkennung durch eine Zivilregierung, erreichen kann.  In früheren Zeiten waren die katholischen Laien maßgeblich daran beteiligt, die Gefolgschaft ganzer Nationen und Königreiche von den Antipapsten weg und zurück zum wahren Papst zu verschieben.

Das ist unsere ernste Pflicht gegenüber Jesus Christus in der gegenwärtigen Stunde. Die Rettung und der Fortbestand der katholischen Kirche hängt von uns ab!)

Verwenden Sie eine Anrede, die der Würde der Person entspricht, an die Sie schreiben:

ich schreibe Ihnen, um Sie aus Liebe zu Jesus Christus zu bitten, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um der gegenwärtigen Verwirrung in Rom ein Ende zu setzen. Diese besteht darin, dass wir zwei Männer haben, die sich als “Papst” identifizieren. Es ist eine Situation, die durch die Verletzung des kanonischen Rechts im Sinne des Kanons 332.2 entstanden ist. Insbesondere war der Rücktritt des Heiligen Vaters nach dem kanonischen Recht ungültig, da er nicht auf das Amt des Papstes, sondern nur auf den petrinischen Dienst verzichtete, wie er im Akt des Verzichts schrieb.

Angesichts dieses Irrtums müssen wir daran denken, dass die Bindung an den Willen Jesu Christi in Seiner Verheißung an Petrus uns unmittelbar und unmittelbar vor aller menschlichen Achtung vor den Vorgesetzten bindet. Und dass niemand, auch nicht ein Papst im Verzicht, gegen das päpstliche Gesetz über Verzichte verstoßen kann.

Lettre ouverte aux Princes, aux Chefs d’État et aux Gouvernements du monde

(Voici le texte d’un projet de lettre que toute personne qui soutient le Pape Benoît XVI peut signer et envoyer à toute personne qu’elle croit capable d’obtenir son rétablissement au pouvoir, ou sa reconnaissance par un gouvernement civil. Dans le passé, les laïcs catholiques ont joué un rôle déterminant dans le déplacement des allégeances de nations et de royaumes entiers aux Antipapes vers le vrai Pape. C’est notre devoir solennel envers Jésus-Christ à l’heure actuelle. Le salut même et la survie de l’Église catholique dépendent de nous !)

Utilisez une formule de politesse appropriée à la dignité de la personne à qui vous écrivez :

Je vous écris pour vous demander, par amour pour Jésus-Christ, de prendre des mesures pour mettre fin à la confusion actuelle à Rome, où nous avons deux hommes qui sont appelés “Pape”, une situation qui est née de la violation du droit canonique dans les termes du canon 332.2. En particulier, la démission du Saint-Père n’était pas valide selon le droit canonique, en ce sens qu’il ne renonçait pas à la charge de pape, mais seulement au ministère pétrinien, comme il l’écrit dans l’acte de renonciation.

Face à cette erreur, il faut rappeler que l’adhésion à la volonté de Jésus-Christ dans Sa promesse à Pierre nous lie immédiatement et directement, avant tout respect humain pour les supérieurs, et que personne, pas même un pape en renonçant, ne peut violer la loi papale sur le renoncement.

Open Letter to Princes, Heads of State and Governments of the World

(Here is the text of a draft letter which anyone, who supports Pope Benedict XVI, can sign and send to anyone they believe might be able to obtain his restoration to power, or recognition by a civil government.  In past ages, the Catholic Laity were instrumental in shifting allegiances of entire nations and kingdoms away from Antipopes and back to the true Pope. This is our solemn duty to Jesus Christ in the present hour. The very salvation and continued existence of the Catholic Church depends on us!)

Use a salutation appropriate to the dignity of the person to whom you write:

I am writing to you to plead with you out of her love of Jesus Christ to take action to put an end to the current confusion in Rome, wherein we have two men who are called “Pope” , a situation which arose by the violation of canon law in the terms of canon 332.2. Specifically the resignation of the Holy Father was invalid according to canon law, in that he did not renounce the office of the pope, but only the petrine ministry, as he wrote in the act of renunciation.

In view of  this error, we must recall that adhesion to the will of Jesus Christ in His promise to Peter binds us immediately and directly, before all human respect for superiors, and that no one, not even a pope in renouncing, can violate the papal law on renunciations.

Donate to the Cause to Defend the Church from Bergoglio!

Our Association was born from the desire of Faithful Catholics, laymen and clergy, from more than 20 nations, to defend the Catholic Faith from the errors spread during the Synod on the Family in 2014.

Catholics are rightfully and gravely concerned about the words, teaching and actions of Jorge Mario Bergoglio, which anyone with the Catholic Faith can see are contrary to the teachings of Jesus Christ, Sacred Tradition and the infallible Magisterium of the Church on many points which are clearly documented.

While Faithful Catholics may still disagree over the reasons why Bergoglio should be canonically removed from power,* we can agree that he should be so removed.

Our Association is dedicated to that end. Our position is that Bergoglio never was the pope simply because Pope Benedict XVI, whatever his intentions were, did not fulfill the requirements of Canon 332 §2 regarding what constitutes a valid papal resignation, and hence has remained the only true Pope in the sight of God and the Church, by that law itself of Pope John Paul II, in the Code of Canon Law. Since Christ promised to uphold in Heaven the laws established by His true Vicar on Earth, and since John Paul II was his true Vicar, and since canonically, a valid election or resignation of or by a pope is determined SOLELY on the basis of the conformity of those acts with the canons of the Church which existed prior to the election or resignation, our Association vindicates the rights of Pope Benedict, and therefore seeks his restoration. We also hold that Bergoglio never was the pope, since the Conclave of 2013 met in contradiction to Canon 359, which forbids the College of Cardinals to elect another pope so long as the present pope has not died or validly resigned. Practically speaking, however, whether you agree with our position or not, IF YOU DO AGREE with us that Bergoglio is a public, manifest and pertinacious Heretic, or an Apostate, an Enemy of the Church and a destroyer of the Catholic Religion or morality or a defender of sexual perversion, then we ask you to SUPPORT our effort to have him canonically removed!

We are the only Association in the entire Church or world dedicated to this objective. Therefore we ask you to consider supporting our Holy Work.  We specifically ask you to stop supporting all who support Bergoglio and his false claim to power. We ask in particular, due to the IMMINENT DANGER TO HUMANITY and the CHURCH, that you redirect all the financial support you would give to Catholic organizations and all other Charitable or Humanitarian causes to the work of removing Bergoglio.  And we humbly suggest you support our Association as much as you can.

This effort will use only legal and religious means, as our Catholic  Faith teaches us. We are not a political association.

* Canonical procedures in the Catholic Church regard decisions made by Popes, Cardinals and Bishops who have authority to judge or rule. When lay organizations like our own seek to obtain canonical actions, we must do so by acts of private and public petitions, complaints and requests for redress or action. There is nothing directly laypeople can do to take canonical action in the Church. We must act as intercessors with the Sacred Hierarchy, who alone have the authority and right to act. But pleading with them is our right as Canon 212 teaches. Thus, our actions in this regard are exercises of our religious liberty and comply with the laws of most nations.
